Welcome to Higher Education Sprout Project Office. 

Teaching and Learning Resource Center of Ming Chi University of Technology has been established since 2009.

The center contains two sections; Teaching and Learning Development Section, and Teaching and Learning Excellence Project Section.

Teaching and Learning Excellence Project Section is Implementing Higher Education Sprout Project.

Based on the Higher Education Sprout Project target, we get an allowance from the Ministry of Education.

In order to show our activities result well, our mission is to oversee the project expences use to each item.

As a result, we would accomplish our plan targets.
